Breakfast is as Continental and English Hot breakfast. Depending on the number of guest the options hot are available plated and or entire breakfast buffet style. Lunch is served as a light lunch a la cart menu and dinners as a set menu option. Earmarked Sunday lunch and/or special promotional festive weekend’s lunches will be served on special menu.
Day Visitors
Sun Karros Daan Viljoen is privileged as a private lodge to be located inside a National Park. The park attacks many day visitors that come to enjoy the hiking trails and short self-guide /drive nature route offered. Day visitors that then wish to make use of the Lodge’s Boma and restaurant facilities are welcome. A day visitation fee of N$ 50 applies per person including children from 2years. Day visitors to the park need to vacate the park main gate by latest 16:00 as per the Park regulations. Reservations for lunch and dinner are essential as the lodge restaurant might not be available due to private functions.
Activities
Guests explore the national park by means of self-drive 6.5 km game route and or a choice of a two self-guided hiking trails. Sun Karros Daan Viljoen offer Airport and or town transfers and these are to be pre-booked at least 24hour in advance.
Above rates are based on per person per night sharing. Rates include VAT and Bed levies however exclude park fees. Accommodation is subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit and or full payment within 7 days of being made – failure in adhering to this will result in cancelation of booking without prior notice. All standard Terms and Conditions apply. Day visitors visiting the park are welcome to visit Sun Karros Daan Viljoen facilities granted they intend to eat and or have a dining reservation at the restaurant and adherer to terms and conditions of this facility.
