Boma Restaurant and Pool
In the African language the word Boma is a place of gathering an our Boma is exactly just that. Here guest enjoy a few laps in the almost 20 m pool and or soak up the sun. The grass terrace is perfect for soothing ice cold or comforting warm beverages and sweet treats while the sun sets over the Khomas Hochland. Guests can also enjoy the scrumptious home-style cooking or a light beverage prepared at the Restaurant.We have it all, from appetising appetisers, to succulent steaks, pleasant pasta to the decadent desserts, your cravings will be met with satisfaction. Don’t forget, whether you stay over, or just want to come through for the day, we serve mouth-watering Saturday and Sunday lunches, and divine dinners at the restaurant.
Although Sun Karros Daan Viljoen is a private lodge, day visitors are welcome to enjoy breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at the Boma Restaurant and pool area. From 13 November Sun Karros Daan Viljoen will increase it's day visitation fee to N$100 (non- refundable)per person (including children 5 years and older)payable on arrival. This fee ensures entry into the lodge premisis and is applicable daily from open till 18:00. N$70 of the fee is redeemable from the final Restaurant bill. Yet no remaining balance is refundable nor transferable. This does not apply to Conference /Event and or Tour Operator Day visitors.
